Stop trying “to do” it all

You don’t actually want to do everything. You want to do the right things. You won’t know what the right things are if you don’t capture and process every actionable item that you’re faced with throughout the day.

Capturing and processing actionable items relieve the anxiety of feeling like you’re forgetting something.

The open question is, “how do you make capturing and processing actionable items as frictionless as possible?” This might be a good problem to solve as a side project. I’ll think more about it. In the meantime, you can use my Google Spreadsheet Template to capture and process your to dos.
